Collaborates cross-company to develop and implement innovative strategies for programmatic scheduling and experience design, driving efficiency and maximizing engagement across all offerings.
Current Project: Overseeing the launch and management of the newest training program: Speaking Business Mastery.

Experiential Design Manager (Mar. 2023 - Feb. 2024)

Planned and facilitated the pilot of a new service offering, Performance Coaching packages, actively guiding its seamless integration into the organization's portfolio.
Managed the production aspects of the Speaking Business Mastery program development, overseeing prop design, coordinating a multi-day, multi-camera video shoot across various sets, and facilitating all audio recordings.
Pioneered a cross-programmatic approach, championing the organization's focus on comprehensive experience design and implementation across all offerings.

Virtual Events Producer (May 2021 - Mar. 2023)

Produced all virtual programming in addition to coordinating in-person, multi-day events; totaling over 130 days each year.
Focused on up-leveling the client experience across the various stages of their training through curriculum updates, event logistics, and communications.
Individual projects included: Assistant Producer for The Referable Speaker webinar; producer for Season 4 of The Steal the Show Podcast - Speakers With Money; Content Development Assistant for private client script and performance development projects.

DPNAK Events is an award-winning wedding coordination and planning company that services Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Lehigh counties.

Day-Of Event Coordinator (Jun. 2021 - Current)

Assists with on-site wedding coordination at various venues throughout Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Lehigh counties, focusing on set-up and breakdown, timeline and people management, and day-of vendor communications.

VISIT BUCKS COUNTY

Visit Bucks County is the official tourism marketing and promotion agency for the County of Bucks whose goal is to increase destination awareness and visitation leading to greater economic impact.

Event Specialist (Jan. 2027 - Apr. 2020)

Managed events and programs for all travel, tourism, and hospitality partners to provide them with tools to improve visitor experience and engagement, create new partnerships, and inspire innovation overall.
Responsible for all planning and logistical coordination including: event design; volunteer management; vendor booking & communication; CRM data input; event documentation; on-site coordination, and event recaps.

Support the production of "Into The Woods" (Music & Lyrics by Stephen Sondheim; Book by James Lapine) in the areas of communication, administration, theatrical direction, and people management for a cast and crew of 30 people.
Responsible for calling over 300 deck, light, and sound cues for the performances.
