Heroic Public Speaking (2021 - Current)

Heroic Public Speaking is a premier training center for public, keynote, and professional speakers, that educates a diverse and global student base.
Produces all virtual programming in addition to coordinating in-person, multi-day events; totaling over 130 days each year.
Focused on up-leveling the client experience across the various stages of their training through curriculum updates, event logistics, and communications.
Supports private clients in the areas of content development and project management.

Individual Projects:

Assistant Producer for The Referable Speaker webinar.
Producer for Season 4 of The Steal the Show Podcast - Speakers With Money.
Content Development Assistant for private client script and performance development projects.

DPNAK Events (2021 - Current)

Assists with on-site wedding coordination at various venues throughout Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Lehigh counties.
Focuses on venue set-up and breakdown, timeline and people management, and day-of vendor communications.

Katalyst Productions (2021)

Assisted on-site for The Beats ’n Eats Food + Music Event hosted by Chef Robert Irvine in 2021.
Focus Areas: Registration, guest service, and live-time auction.

Visit Bucks County (2017 - 2020)

Managed events and programs for all travel, tourism, and hospitality partners to provide them with tools to improve visitor experience and engagement, create new partnerships, and inspire innovation overall.
Responsible for all planning and logistical coordination including: event design; volunteer management; vendor booking & communication; CRM data input; event documentation; on-site coordination, and event recaps.

Committee Work:

The Ghostlight Players (2019)

Production: Into The Woods (Music & Lyrics by Stephen Sondheim; Book by James Lapine)
Support the production in the areas of communication, administration, theatrical direction, and people management for a cast and crew of 30 people.
Responsible for calling over 300 deck, light, and sound cues for the performances.

Celebrations (2015 - 2017)

Coordinated in-house catering and event logistics or weddings and special events with anywhere from 50 to 600 Guests.
Supervised an on-site service team of 10 to 25 employees for all events.
Assisted in the sales office, executing operational and administrative duties.
