Alex Mottershead Headshot

About Alex

Strategic Experience Designer | Problem-Solver | Creative Thinker

I don’t do “good enough.” If something’s worth doing, it’s worth doing with intention. Every project I take on is designed to be thoughtful, impactful, and built to last.I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, optimizing programmatic operations, designing virtual and live experiences, and streamlining cross-functional workflows to create seamless, high-impact solutions. I focus on efficiency, engagement, and sustainability, ensuring every experience is practical, intentional, and built to last.

At my core, I am:

  • Deliberative & Analytical – I anticipate obstacles, break down challenges, and craft smart, sustainable solutions.

  • Highly Focused & Intentional – Every decision I make is thoughtful, ensuring that each experience is both practical and impactful.

  • Future-Oriented – I don’t just execute; I envision what’s possible and shape strategies that stand the test of time.

A great idea is only as powerful as its execution. The best solutions aren’t just creative—they’re practical, built to fit the people, time, and resources available. At the end of the day, my goal isn’t just to get things done. It’s to create smart, intentional, and lasting experiences that truly resonate.
