When I look back at who I was as a child, becoming an event professional actually makes a lot of sense. However, I had no idea at that point what I wanted to do or that my planning tendencies would lead me down this path ultimately. But here we are! So how did I get here?
Some of my early "official" jobs after high school (in the food and beverage and weddings industries) led me to graduating with honors from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management.
Out of college, I started working events within the tourism space for Visit Bucks County, the official tourism marketing agency for Bucks County, PA. After the pandemic shook up my career a bit, I started working for Heroic Public Speaking, a public speaking training institution based out of Lambertville, NJ as well as DPNAK Events, a wedding planning company servicing Bucks, Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Lehigh counties.
